Hi, my mom is diognosed with a IDC grade 3 breast cancer, i?m giving her histopathology report, i want to know the proper treatment my mom should follow,
Following is her histopath report-

GROSS APPEREANCE-
Received a specimen of modified radical mastectomy measuring 17*11*5 cms with an elliptical skin flap of size 13*6 cms. the nipple appears grossly unremarkable. On cut of the surface an irregular, grey white tumour measuring 2.5*1.5*1.2 is seen. 17 axillary lymph nodes are dissected measuring 0.5 cm to 1.5 cm in size.

MICROSCOPY:
Breast with axillary lymph node :-
Infiltrating duct carcinoma, grade III.

NMBR score-8

ER- focal positive
PR- Positive

IMPRESSION:
Breast with axillary lymph node :-
Infiltrating duct carcinoma, grade III with nodes free of tumour.

LEVEL II & III lymph nodes:

a single node free of tumour.

NOTE: The internal and external controls have been found to be satisfactory

here i want to ask that
1) which therapy should my mom follow?
2) if chemotherapy is
